Ideal Kitchens and Wardrobes is unique – just like each of our customers.

We have a strong team culture which enables us to provide consistently high quality personal service. We’re lucky to have a great team of committed staff who share the same professional work ethic and standards. Each of our team have young families, so we do our utmost to maintain a healthy work/life balance. This isn’t always easy, but it’s something we continually strive to do. We’re a good honest hard working bunch who enjoy our work and take pride in a job well done. Yes, we get paid for what we do, but there is nothing more rewarding to us than receiving positive feedback from our customers and having our customers recommend us to their family and friends.

We have four key values that shape the way we operate:

1. Courtesy

Simple common courtesy is fundamental to how we work – with each other and with our customers. Courtesy to us means delivering on what we promise, returning phone calls and answering enquiries promptly and always being polite and friendly.

2. Honesty

We tell the truth. We understand that our customers are placing a great deal of trust in us when we work with them and that trusted relationships require honesty. We don’t make excuses, pass the buck or make things up. We pride ourselves on being honest in all of our business dealings and customer relationships.

3. Integrity

We’re part of a wider industry of Kitchen and Wardrobe professionals and suppliers. We have a duty, not just to our customers, but to others in our industry to act with integrity and ethical standards at all times.

4. Continual Improvement

We’re committed to continual improvement of our standards and systems. We always look for better and more effective ways of doing what we do – to improve our service to customers and increase our business performance.
